1 · Arrival and departure
Self check-in: Tatra objects from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00, Zlatý Potok Apartments from 14:00 and check-out by 10:00. We send the access code and instructions in advance, so you can arrive at any evening hour. On departure, please return the keys/code to their original state according to the instructions.
2 · Stay and quiet hours
Only the number of persons stated in the booking may stay in the apartment. Quiet hours apply from 22:00 to 6:00. Organising parties and events is not permitted. Please be considerate of neighbours and other guests.
3 · Smoking and pets
All apartments are non-smoking, including balconies and common areas; smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. We can welcome pets only by prior arrangement at the time of booking.
4 · Furnishings and damage
Please treat the apartment's furnishings with care. Please report any damage or malfunction to us without undue delay — we are happy to help. The guest is liable for damage caused intentionally or through negligence.
5 · Before departure
Before departure, please close the windows, switch off appliances, wash the dishes or place them in the dishwasher, and take out the rubbish to the designated bins. There is no need to strip the bed linen. Thank you for leaving the apartment in the state you would like to find it in.
